Privacy & security
What we process, what we don't, and how long we keep it.
- Paste & file inputs never leave your device. Extraction happens entirely in your browser.
- URL fetches run on our edge. We download the page, extract emails, and return them — we don't store the URL, the page contents, or the extracted addresses.
- Retention: zero. Nothing is written to a database. The only server-side state is an anonymized per-IP counter used for rate limiting; it auto-expires within 24 hours.
- No account, no tracking cookies, no analytics on your input. The free tier is syntax-only — no MX/DNS lookups, so third-party mail servers are never contacted.
- Fair-use limits. URL fetches: 10 per minute and 1000 per day per IP. Paste/file: up to 50 extractions per browser session.
